Collaborative JYPI Groups

  • Check out who the teen funders granted to this year!
  • Working in groups led by experienced facilitators, teens from around the Washington DC Metro area come together to evaluate grant proposals from local, national and international nonprofits.  Dynamic presentations and site visits give teens an inside look into the needs of organizations working to make a difference in our world.   Teens representing several congregations working collaboratively to host a JYPI group contribute to their group’s collective grant fund, which is matched by generous donations from members of the community.  Teen participants make all of the funding decisions!  Look below to see if there is a Collaborative JYPI Group in your area or if your congregation is a partner.
