The United Jewish Endowment Fund grants committee has developed new guidelines for awarding grants to organizations. As part of this, the Israel Experience Scholarship program, administered through the Partnership for Jewish Life and Learning, has received for this year one-third the amount of the grant it was allocated two years ago. After reviewing the program goals and the need, the Israel Experience Financial Need Scholarship Committee has established the following criteria for 2011-2012.

1. Trips must be at least one month duration

2. The trip must occur prior to high school graduation

      or   Be a college level program earning credit in an American university

      or   Be a post-college professional development program

The deadline for application is February 15, 2012.
