Children’s Books:
Sammy Spider's first Tu B'Shevat  (2000) -- Sammy Spider participates in the holiday of Tu B'Shevat by spinning a special web for his friend the tree.

Branching out : your Tu B'Shevat Haggadah

Grandpa and me on Tu B'Shevat -- In rhyming, cumulative verse, portrays the tradition of planting tree on the holiday of Tu B'Shevat. Includes a list of ten ways to celebrate Tu B'Shevat.

Videos:
Grandpa's tree (2004) -- Elementary to junior high. A travelling musician makes his way to Israel for a Tu B'Shvat concert in order to find the tree planted in a JNF forest by his grandfather decades earlier. His adventure takes him to a religious kibbutz, to a street concert in Jerusalem, and along the way we learn some of the music and traditions of Tu B'Shvat.

Guardians of the forest (1990) -- Primary to Elementary. Dubbed in English. During a family picnic in a JNF forest in Israel, a brother and sister become unwitting witnesses to an act of carelessness which starts a forest fire. Though suspected by the police for being responsible, Mihal and Ayron help the police apprehend the real culprits. Focusing on the importance of the forests to Israel.

Parpar Nechmad -- lovely butterfly -- Primary school age. A set of six videos in which the library owns five. The titles are: Passover Chanukah Tishray Month Holidays (New year and Succot) Tu B'Shvat Independence Day With puppets, games, songs and stories, Parpar Nechman, speaks to children about Jewish holidays and tradition.

Trees for tomorrow and tomorrow (1987) -- Using life-sized puppets, and rhyming script, these are the stories of Honi Hamaagel, the Rainmaker, who plants a carob tree for generations to come. Color, primary to elementary.
